Our placements offer includes volunteering at orphanages and with street children, HIV/AIDS education, environmental, agricultural, schools, health care, conservation, and computer training projects.

Orphanage

 

ghanaiankidsthumbsup.jpg Volunteers will teach conversational English, Math, or Science to students who are between the ages of 5 -10 in primary schools and 11-16 in junior secondary schools. They will also read literature and improve the low comprehension level and poor pronunciation of students, provide theoretical and practical assistance and aide the teachers and interact with the students

Health Care

Volunteers will assist local doctors and nurses at a clinic or hospital caring for patients, performing first-aid, handing out food or medicines, taking temperature and blood pressure, and recording patients' medical histories. Volunteers may handle paperwork or do other tasks for the doctor as well.
