can place you in a workcamp, but there are also many other ways to get
involved. As well as general office activities, we often also run our own projects,
trainings, seminars and fundraisers. Our office is supported almost entirely by
volunteers so your help is always welcome and extremely valuable. It's also a
great way to meet new friendly, interesting and creative people who care about
the rural communities.
The more you get involved with ARA, the more it can broaden your horizons. ARA
runs many international seminars and trainings each year and there are many
opportunities to participate in or help organise such events.
Volunteers can also become more active through an international working group
where they can focus on one particular area e.g. Agriculture, the
environment etc.
ARA organises various national and international projects, on various themes,
that need your participation! Ask the Project Manager about availability of
international workcamps, seminars, training sessions, study visits, etc.
